So this is the trend for this wedding season of 2011, following all that lace at the Royal Wedding where the “something old” makes the theme, so girls…….we need to get our Grannies and Aunts to dig out those off white lace gloves with the beautifully woven in cream silk ribbons to tie softly over the wrist, those strings of pearls with the gold clasp with intricate diamond detailing with matching clip on drop pearl earring and those stunning lace wedding dresses that they wore back in the day, and yes they probably will closely resembled that of our very own Duchess of Cambridge, with simple lines and beautifully placed lace.

You could actually scout around car boot sales, charity shops and antique fairs to put together an eclectic mix for the bride and bridal outfits on a budget.
