No matter how hard I concentrated there was no avoiding the inevitable, It caused much childhood heartache as another potential masterpiece was ruined. The dream of seeing my drawings screened on HartBeat* was never realized (smudged work never featured on Tony Hart’s Gallery).

So I gave up on coloring and discovered Lego® - My creative saviour! (after all, Lego® was much cleaner - mother approved)
I would spend hours creating smear-free spaceships, monsters, cars, soldiers (btw, I am a female) out of Lego® with my siblings.

Fast forward many years and my passion for creating playthings out of plastic bricks has stemmed into crafting dreamy, quirky, one-of-a-kind ornaments using 3D Origami. They share the same principle of interlocking individual pieces together - all you need is to let your imagination and creativity run wild.

Yes, I am a very sporty person, who loves nothing more than to spend the day smacking a tiny white ball into a tiny hole in the ground.
To the relief of my husband Me,Myself & Te™ mellows me out, especially if I’ve had a bad round of golf (which happens all too often).
He’s just concerned my fingers will drop off from all the paper folding and is gathering ‘finger’ insurance quotes as I type.

Products

All my 3D Origami products originate from single sheets of A4 paper.
The process from start to finish is very time consuming - I begin by cutting sheets of paper into 1,000’s of little rectangles (3x5cm), I then fold each rectangle into origami triangles - these triangles are then assembled and glued into place to create my TeMe™ collectibles.
Every piece I make has it’s own story and no two items will ever be the same, creating these mini pieces of art sparks my mind and provides much self satisfaction.

My products are a reflection of my true creative self, a culmination of experiences gained through education, travel, dreams, family and friends.
I’m in my happy place when I’m cutting, folding and gluing to the sound of my dog snoring.
